Furniture Loan Scheme
We believe that the proposed new supplementary loan scheme
will be of benefit to all parties concerned. Mortgage
customers
 will be able to
furnish their homes fully, at a cost of less
than 20% of the purchase price of a standard home.

use the furniture while paying for it.

A Special Package for Every Taste and
Budget.
Economy, Standard, Deluxe, Super Deluxe and
Otumfuo Package
Akuaba is offering five packages (Economy, Standard, Deluxe,
Super Deluxe and Otumfuo package) to furnish quality houses
ranging from two bedroom to up-market four and five bedroom
homes.
Each package includes
furniture for the
living room
dining room
bedroom
kitchen and
garden.
Economy and Standard
Wood species: Koto, mixed red wood or Emeri.
Livingroom type: Tamina and Tamigon
Bedroom type-Volta plan: The bedrooms will have modular
wardrobes, with a suitcase compartment to match. The
wardrobes will have adequate shelving and sufficient space
to hang clothes.
Deluxe and Super Deluxe
Wood species: Hyedua, Sapele, or Avodire.
Design: A selection of living room furniture offered:
Tamina, Tamigon and Tamina Deluxe.
Otumfuo
Wood Species: Hyedua, sapele or avodire.
Much wider selection
of furniture and design
Bedrooms - Beds have orthopaedic mattresses.
In all cases high density foam will be provided for the
furniture and high density foam mattress for all the bedrooms
except the Otumfuo range will have the orthopaedic mattress.
Pricing
Customers may choose from any item in the normal range to
make a package of their choice. However the reduced package
price will not apply. The normal prices are shown in the
attached tables.

1. Select your furniture from any one of Akuaba's three
conveniently located showrooms. On request you will be given a
brochure and a standard proforma invoice for the package to be
purchased and an Application Form
2. Complete the Application Form.
3. Submit the Invoice and the Application
Form to Akuaba who will ensure a smooth and easy approval
process with HFC
After the approval, your Akuaba sales representative will then
contact you to arrange for handing over or delivering your
furniture. You enjoy your furniture today whilst making easy,
deferred payments. Apply today and move into your beautifully
furnished new home.
