Marigold
An elegant, detached 5 - bedroom house with a landscaped courtyard, a
spacious living room and dining room, a generously fitted kitchen, 4
bathrooms, balconies and a private garden.
The standard
Marigold is a two storey 5-bedroom house set in it's own grounds. The
ground floor is roughly square. At the centre, there is a small
landscaped courtyard, designed to assist natural ventilation and
lighting. Three bedrooms occupy one side of the courtyard and they share
a bathroom and two WCs. There is also a visitor's wash room off the
entrance lobby.
An optional
modification will turn one of these downstairs bedrooms into a self -
contained studio with a shower and a kitchenette and an external
entrance for a live - in house help.
The living room, roughly square in plan, has a high sloping ceiling. An
internal window from the first floor corridor looks down into it. The
dining room doors open onto a terrace.

master bedroom, with a dressing area, walk-in closet and en-suite
bathroom. There is another room located on this floor which can
serve as a family room or study with its own facilities |
The kitchen leading directly
off the dining area is of a generous size and has its own store .
The built - in kitchen fittings are purpose made by Akuaba
Limited, Ghana's leading manufacturer in this field. All the
working surfaces have durable laminated worktops. The kitchen has
its own outdoor utility space |
Marigold 2 :
This
is similar to Marigold 1 except that one of the downstairs
bedrooms has its own bathroom and WC |
